Stand with feet shoulder-with apart, knees slightly bent, arms at your side.
Breathe in and stand on your toes. Raise your arms up and out until your hands are ear-height.
Then breathe out and slowly lower your heels as you bring your arms down.
Do in one fluid motion 10 times.
