1- Vinegar has contains a high content of acetic acid, which helps in the absorption of essential nutrients. It is a natural cure for constipation, improving bowel irregularity and removing toxins at a faster rate.

Weight loss
2 - Acetic acid can also prevent the build up of fat and helps speed up metabolism as well as burn calories faster. Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to your drinking water daily in the morning. You should see results in just a few weeks.
