What does your practice give us?
1.- During the practice we drive the internal Qi outwards
and render the external Qi inside the body, through a
combination of physical movements of opening and closing from various
directions, all directed by our consciousness that has been unified
to Qi. The connection between the human Hunyuan Qi and the Hunyuan Qi of
nature and the universe, gives the practitioner a whole job of
cleaning and purifying their energy.

2.- Open and clean the channels where Qi flows and is particularly
effective in preventing and curing diseases.

our subtle senses.

Zhineng Qigong Body & Mind Method (Quick version!)
from Jeremy Colledge on Vimeo.
I'd rather my students were doing SOME Qigong rather than none, so i recorded this version of Body/Mind as a reminder of how to get through the set rather quicker than normal! (I think if you don't warm up/cool down you can get through in 15 mins!) Whilst we all know it's not as beneficial, it is better than sitting doing NOTHING!) This film will really only be of use if you have previously studied the Zhineng Qigong Body & Mind method - it's not designed as a learning video - Jeremy Colledge see chi-gung.co.uk
