Zhineng Qigong

Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa. Nivel I de Zhineng Qigong. Profesor Antonio Mª Rabaneda.
from Antonio María Rabaneda on Vimeo.

PENG QI GUAN DING FA
It means "Method to raise the Qi and
pour it over the head."
Your own name already indicates the essence and
meaning of this practice.
PENG QI: It means using your hands to hold and raise the Hunyuan
Qi of nature.
GUAN DING: It means pouring the Qi through the top of
the head and from there to the whole body.
FA: It means method.
"The method of elevation and pouring of Qi" is the first level of the
dynamic methods of Zhineng Qigong and is a basic method
for healing and cultivation of health. Considered within the
system as an external Hunyuan level.
What does your practice give us?
1.- During the practice we drive the internal Qi outwards
and render the external Qi inside the body, through a
combination of physical movements of opening and closing from various
directions, all directed by our consciousness that has been unified
to Qi. The connection between the human Hunyuan Qi and the Hunyuan Qi of
nature and the universe, gives the practitioner a whole job of
cleaning and purifying their energy.
2.- Open and clean the channels where Qi flows and is particularly
effective in preventing and curing diseases.
3.- This method considerably increases our ability to
feel, makes us sensitive to energy ... promoting the awakening of
our subtle senses.
Video recorded at the Temple of the Three Pagodas in Dali, China.
Musical themes:
- Clarity - Peter Kater. Álbum: Ilumination.
- Legend of a White Stupa - Oliver Shanti & Friends.
Álbum: Tai chi Too - Himalaya, Magic and Spirit.
- OST film: Only the Brave. Tema: Hotshots

Zhineng Qigong Body & Mind Method (Quick version!)
from Jeremy Colledge on Vimeo.

I'd rather my students were doing SOME Qigong rather than none, so i recorded this version of Body/Mind as a reminder of how to get through the set rather quicker than normal! (I think if you don't warm up/cool down you can get through in 15 mins!) Whilst we all know it's not as beneficial, it is better than sitting doing NOTHING!) This film will really only be of use if you have previously studied the Zhineng Qigong Body & Mind method - it's not designed as a learning video - Jeremy Colledge see chi-gung.co.uk

Qigong is often referred to as Chinese Yoga. This is my simple Opening exercises that I use every day, in every class. The benefits are HUGE, do this exercise set every day for the rest of your life, and your health will blossom! The first exercise "beating the temple drum" promotes spine health, relaxes the muscles and joints, opens the primary energy gateways and gets the Qi pumping round the body, the second exercise is a variant on the "Iron Bridge" which elongates the spine and massages the Kidneys. It's so simple, but so fundamental too. If you'd like to discover more about Medical Qigong, Zhineng Qigong, my classes in London, courses, or my other interests such as Alkalizing, green drinks, water filters, my Class DVD's or cleanses, I have lots of information on my website www.medicalqigong.co.uk If you'd like further information, sign-up there for my newsletter, or look for JeremyColledge on Twitter and Facebook.
