As mentioned in the above video clip:

  • The amount of calcium in your coronary arteries is an indicator of heart disease. Those who drink 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day have a much lower build-up of calcium, meaning the chances of having a heart disease are much lower.
  • Coffee decreases your risk of diabetes.
  • Coffee has compounds call polyphenols that decrease inflammation, and it is inflammation in the body that leads to heart disease building up.
  • Caffeine in the coffee can increase your heart rate, so be careful.
  • Observational proof that caffeine reduces the risk of alzheimer's, parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis, because caffeine is a brain stimulant.
  • The anti-inflammatory effect of coffee is good for you.
